If ATLANTA Qualifying is rained out,
they go by top 35 in points (During the first 5 races of the year, that would be the top 35 from last year),
then last years' winners,
then past champions (Hey, Jarrett doesn't have to use another provisional this week!),
then points order for who ever is left.
