Ragan crowned Busch Series rookie of the year

    Ragan almost managed to fanagle (sp?) his way into Rookie of the Year honors in both the Nextel AND Busch Series ... that woulda been something!

    Personally Tim, I think he should have nabbed the Cup ROY too.. he performed much more consistently than Montoya did, IMHO, but Montoya had the win under his belt!

    And yes, that definitely would have been something indeed.
