Morgan-McClure Motorsports co-founder Larry McClure will plead guilty to tax fraud on five counts of said fraud.
The charges include filing false tax returns for 3 years, 2002, 2003 and 2004, additionally, for making false statements to Internal Revenue Service investigators.
McClure did not report over ~$300k in income for leasing out cars to ARCA.
His plea will negate an additional charge for a bad invoice he wrote up for over $59k for show trailer painting jobs.
It's a nasty silly world we live in where greed can be a silly trip wire.
