I just received this latest press release from NASCAR saying that:
NASCAR Nationwide crew member Ryan Hess has been indefinitely suspended by NASCAR for violating NASCAR's Substance Abuse Policy. If you have a good memory, Ryan was suspended in August of 2012 under the same rule, and reinstated in December that same year for having gone through NASCAR's "Substance Abuse Policy Road to Recovery Program."

This being his 2nd failed test, I wonder how NASCAR will handle this new violation. This seems to show a pattern, but we don't know all the details yet.
On June 14, Hess was found to have violated Sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and 19 (violation of the NASCAR Substance Abuse Policy) of the 2013 NASCAR Rule Book.
