I wished I lived close enough to Sonoma to partake, but it would appear that some INDYCAR race teams will be tackling the new layout in Sonoma in a test session this Friday, August 17. And Fans will be admitted FREE! It will be a one-day test session that will run from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.. This test sessoin will allow drivers to check out the modified configuration, which will include changes to Turns 7, 9 and 11.
