It's been reported today that rather than Penske Racing looking to build their own engines when they go to Ford in 2013, that they will be using engines from the Roush Yates engine program.
This means that all Ford teams will be using the same engine next season & that Penske is now going to be with Roush Fenway, Richard Petty Motorsports and Wood Brothers under the Ford label.
Despite going to Ford, Penske was noted to not plan on shutting down their own engine shop. Which means if there are any other Dodge teams, that they could potentially supply Dodge engines to whatever team may drive under that banner.
