Well now, first Robby Gordon gets spun under caution in the Montreal Busch Road Course race, and when he get's the car going again, NASCAR said he was 13th. (I mean we all know the issue. Get spun, take the spot you are in once you get going again.)
He ignores them, plants the car behind the leader, Ambrose, the fellow who spun him, and upon the restart, spins him out. (Oh like that was a surprise!)
Robby Gordon is ordered to park it, and ignores the order from NASCAR and runs the race to the finish.
He even does victory donuts, next to the real official winner Kevin Harvick.
Right now, articles around web are conjecturing that he will be suspended from the Pocono race on Sunday, but we'll find out if that really happens.
It is conceivable, as we might remember Kevin Harvick getting parked in 2002 in Cup for a race a few years back for his behavior in a truck race. Time will tell!
