NASCAR's Quest for Speed - That's the name of the article I came across today while trying to track down a broken link from my website...
With the advent of the COT, some of this information could be taken with the appropriate grain of salt, but for those not in the know, confused as to why or what, or how the teams go about trying to make their own advantage work for them, I think this is not a bad article to go over.
