Can't wait for the detractors to get a hold of this one:
A former crew chief from the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, Tim Kohuth, lost control of his tow truck causing an accident that resulted in the loss of a life.
While losing control, he ran a sheriff's deputy off the road, veered off the road then came back on the road, crossing the center meridian hitting an SUV on the opposing side of the road. His blood-alcohol level was 0.43, well over the 0.08 legal limit and is being charged with second-degree murder.
Kohuth was crew chief and general manager for the Ultra Motorsports No. 2 truck from 1999 to at least 2002.
My condolences to the victims.
