On Friday, NAPA and Michael Waltrip Racing announced their ongoing relationship and is headed into the record books (If there is one for this) as one of the longest sponsor/driver relationships in NASCAR history.
Waltrip's relationship with NAPA is going on 9 years starting next year.
We as fans should try to recognize this achievement in the era of fickle dollars and tough economy and take our wallets to this rare and unique show of solidarity for a driver / team who does more than maybe win for their sponsor, but puts on a good commercial too!
